COVID FAQs

To keep everyone safe, we are restricting capacity for The Theatre on the Downs. This means that shows in the venue will only ever go up to two thirds capacity and we can ensure that there’s a bit more space to go round. Seats are unreserved but our Front of House team will be on hand to make sure everyone feels comfortable in the space. We clean the space thoroughly between each show and have hand sanitising stations at all entry points.

We ask all audience members that can to wear masks and our staff will wear them too.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, but please contact box office and they will be able to offer credit either to watch another show at The Theatre on the Downs or at Bristol Old Vic.
